Have you been seeing a client for a while and want a streamlined way of submitting claims for past sessions? At Mentaya we make it really easy.

How far back can you go? Claims usually have what is called a timely filing limit of 180-360 days.

In this guide we will explore three methods to submit these claims: Quick Charge, Sessions, and Clients.

Quick Charge

  1. Go to the home page.

  2. Under Submit a Claim click on submit a claim.

  3. Select your sessions dates: Session Date(s) choose all of the sessions you would like to submit a claim for.

  4. Click Charge!

In Sessions

  1. Go to your sessions tab.

  2. Schedule recurring sessions for both past and future sessions you want to submit claims for.

  3. Click on the Select All button to choose all of the sessions you want to submit a claim for.

  4. Click on the Charge button.

  5. Click on Charge And Submit X Claims to submit the claims for all selected sessions!

In Clients

  1. Go to the clients tab.

  2. Select the client you would like to submit claims for.

  3. On + New Session, schedule recurring sessions for both past and future sessions you want to submit claims for.

  4. Click Charge All

  5. Click Charge and Submit X Claims to submit the claims for all selected sessions!

Troubleshooting:

Did something go wrong? Do you need to cancel a claim charge? Do you need to edit an existing claim?

  • Claim Errors: If you encounter any errors during submission, delete the affected session(s) from the "Sessions" or "Clients" tab by clicking the trash icon.

  • Canceling Submitted Claims: For already submitted claims, go to the "Transactions" tab and click "Cancel" to cancel all submitted claims.
