Follow these steps to sync your SimplePractice calendar with Mentaya:
1. Update Calendar Settings:
Set the "Name Display Format" to "First Name, Last Name."
Click Save.
2. Copy the iCal URL:
Find and copy the URL from the "1-Way Sync iCal" section
For Solo Practices:
Add the URL to Mentaya:
Paste the iCal URL into Mentaya in Settings > Practice Settings under Scheduling and click Sync.
For Group Practices:
If you are part of a group practice, please send this instruction to all your clinicians and collect their iCal URLs.
Add the URL to Mentaya:
Paste the iCal URL into Mentaya in Settings > Personal Settings under Scheduling and click Sync.
If you are an admin of the practice who wants to do this on behalf of all your practice members:
Go to Settings > Practice Settings and under Practice Members click on Calendar Sync
Click the edit icon for each practice member and paste the clinician's iCal URL into Mentaya.
