Having trouble connecting with your therapist on Mentaya?
For Patients:
On your Mentaya home page, scroll down to the section titled "Connect with your therapist on Mentaya".
Click on Connect With Your Therapist: Enter your therapist's full name, last name, or email address in the designated field.
Click "Search", and then click on "Connect" once you see your therapist appear.
Confirmation: Your therapist will receive a notification to confirm your connection request. Once they approve, they can start submitting claims for your therapy sessions on your behalf.
Additional Tips:
Ensure you have the correct spelling of your therapist's name or email address.
If you're still facing issues connecting, contact Mentaya's support team for further assistance.
For Therapists:
If your client informs you they've signed up for Mentaya but you don't see them listed on your clients tab, advise them to follow the steps above to ensure a successful connection.
