Connecting with Your Provider on Mentaya

This guide will help patients ensure they're properly linked with their provider on the platform.

Having trouble connecting with your therapist on Mentaya?

For Patients:

  1. On your Mentaya home page, scroll down to the section titled "Connect with your therapist on Mentaya".

  2. Click on Connect With Your Therapist: Enter your therapist's full name, last name, or email address in the designated field.

  3. Click "Search", and then click on "Connect" once you see your therapist appear.

  4. Confirmation: Your therapist will receive a notification to confirm your connection request. Once they approve, they can start submitting claims for your therapy sessions on your behalf.

Additional Tips:

  • Ensure you have the correct spelling of your therapist's name or email address.

  • If you're still facing issues connecting, contact Mentaya's support team for further assistance.

For Therapists:

If your client informs you they've signed up for Mentaya but you don't see them listed on your clients tab, advise them to follow the steps above to ensure a successful connection.
